Natalie Resh is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a strong background in acute and urgent care medicine. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Maryville University of Saint Louis, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) was earned at Messiah University in Pennsylvania, where she was a Provost Scholarship recipient and consistently achieved Dean’s List honors. Currently, she is further expanding her expertise by pursuing a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University, expected in April 2025.

Natalie has over a decade of experience in healthcare, including several years in emergency medicine and acute care settings. As a Nurse Practitioner at UPMC Urgent Care in Hanover, PA, she provides comprehensive patient care, specializing in diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures, and occupational health physicals. She has been recognized as a top performer in patient satisfaction and quality of care.

Prior to her NP role, Natalie served as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital, where she took on key leadership positions as Charge Nurse, Triage Nurse, Preceptor, and New Graduate Mentor. Her dedication to education and professional development extends to her role as an Adjunct Nursing Faculty Member at Carroll Community College, where she supervises and educates nursing students in clinical settings.

Natalie’s passion for healthcare stems from her deep understanding of preventive medicine and the role of untreated chronic conditions, such as allergies, in overall health. She is dedicated to treating the root cause of illness while ensuring her patients are met with respect, dignity, and compassionate care.

Her professional credentials include RN and CRNP licenses in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, DEA and Prescriptive Authority, and certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). She is also a FMCSA-certified Medical Examiner.

Audrey Sadler is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational health, regenerative medicine, and advanced nursing practice. With over three decades of expertise, she has held leadership roles at top-tier healthcare institutions, guiding clinical and administrative teams to improve patient care, employee health, and workplace wellness.

As the Director of Wellness Consultations at Check Your Wellness LLC in Davie, Florida, Audrey provides medical evaluations and hands-on regenerative therapy for patients managing sports injuries, arthritis, joint replacements, post-menopausal symptoms, and facial rejuvenation. Her focus on non-pharmaceutical pain relief and regenerative tissue therapy has positioned her as a leader in holistic and innovative healthcare solutions.

Previously, Audrey served as Director of Occupational Health Services and Workers’ Compensation at Stanford Healthcare and Stanford Children’s in Palo Alto, California. In this role, she managed a team of 34 professionals, overseeing workplace injury programs, vaccine monitoring, and employee safety initiatives. She was instrumental in designing and implementing transitional return-to-work programs, flu immunization campaigns, and COVID-19 exposure response strategies.

Her extensive experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Occupational Health and Travel Medicine Services at New York University Langone Medical Center, where she led a 28-member team responsible for occupational health services for over 32,000 employees. She has held leadership positions at Georgetown University Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and Broward General Medical Center, gaining expertise in workers’ compensation, immunization programs, bloodborne pathogen exposure protocols, and workplace ergonomics.

Audrey holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) certification from Barry University. She also completed a Risk Management License from the American Institute of Medical Law and has specialized training in regenerative medicine, ergonomic assessment, and occupational health. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the Association of Occupational Health Professionals, where she previously served as a chapter president.

Recognized for her contributions to healthcare, Audrey has received multiple Nurse Excellence Awards and has been featured in Who’s Who United Magazine.
